Fruit Trees for a Greener Future: CRH and YAESHI Inspire Change at Dominion Secondary School

In an inspiring collaboration, the Center for the Right to Health (CRH) and the Youth Advocate for Environmental Safety and Health Initiative (YAESHI) brought their 1 Million Fruit Tree Planting Campaign to Dominion Secondary School in Abuja. Together, they planted over 100 fruit trees on the school grounds, transforming the space into a living classroom for environmental stewardship.

During the event, students were educated on the profound impact of fruit tree planting—not only in schools but also in their homes and communities. They learned how these trees serve as powerful tools in combating the climate change crisis, providing cleaner air, enhancing biodiversity, and creating sustainable ecosystems for future generations.

This initiative is more than just planting trees; it’s about planting seeds of awareness and action in young minds. By empowering students with knowledge and practical steps, CRH and YAESHI are nurturing a generation of eco-conscious leaders ready to take on the challenges of a changing planet.

Join us in celebrating this green milestone and stay tuned as we continue to grow our mission, one tree at a time!
